New week, new Avo update πŸš€

When we launched the Custom tools feature we didn't have a very good idea on how the assets will be handled. Today we released v1.3 that fixes that.
Using the manifester gem we can ship Avo to you without messing with your asset pipeline (webpacker or sprockets).
So you can bring your own pipeline in your custom tools.

We also fixed a few bugs with breadcrumbs and the Trix field and did a few maintenance chores.
